We print using our Pro Epson Printer System only on archival 100 year + paper with the industries best archival (12 ink Epson K3 Pigment Inks). Your print is printed for you by us -- NOT in printed in a big corp lab!
JIM'S ART PROCESS
The color bursts and flows you see in 'Beautiful Chaos' are produced initially in intense photography sessions underwater in the studio using mixtures of inks, oils and water to produce moments of crazy color and bursts of pure design. The model is also photographed in session. Catching these moments is Jim’s 'mad scientist' dance of sorts clicking, pouring, mixing, concocting, orchestrating and capturing the magic. In the case of digital photography paintings like 'Beautiful Chaos' Jim then layers the designs with screens of colors and layers of varying intensity using a complex 'painting with light' technique until a complete artwork emerges from the digital canvas. Each photograph is a combination of distinct once-in-a-lifetime moments pulled poetically together that you can enjoy fully as a fine art print or in any of our home decor and accessory designs.
